Visit Malcesine Town On The Shores Of Lake Garda
Situated on the shores of the scenic Lake Garda in Northern Italy is the pretty little town of Malcesine. Framed by the Monte Baldo behind it and Lake Garda in front, Malcesine is a beautiful place to visit and is home to a castle also.
Castello Scaligero was a military fortress until the 19th century when it was converted into a collection of museum and art exhibition spaces which are open every day.
Admire the views over Malcesine from the tower here before heading back into the town. The cobbled streets here are filled with tourists during the warmer months pottering around the shops, visiting the local cultural attractions and sunbathing on the lake’s shores.
