Las jirafas tienen las patas tan largas que para beber agua adoptan una postura muy peculiar. Esto hace que durante esos momentos esté indefensa frente a los depredadores (cocodrilos, leones…). Aquí podéis ver como una de ellas vigila mientras la otra bebe.
Giraffes have such long legs that to drink water they take a peculiar position. This means that during those moments they are defenseless against predators (crocodiles, lions…). Here you can see how one of them is vigilant while the other one is drinking.
