Explore The Beautiful Pontine Islands Of Italy!
Off the coast of Campania in Italy, are the beautiful Pontine Islands. Close to Ischia Island, this group of six islands evolved from volcanic origin and are called Ponza, Palmarola, Zannone, Gavi, Ventotene and Santo Stefano.
Ponza (in the picture with a sight of Cala Fonte) is the largest of the archipelago and only it and Ventotene are inhabited.
These gorgeous islands are brimming with secluded beaches, gorgeous vineyards and scenic walking trails. It’s a true example of undiluted Italian heritage and welcomes tourists with open arms to explore its treasures. The best way to see these islands in all their glory is to rent a boat to take your around each one.
