Owachomo Natural Bridge, Utah, USA.
Owachomo Natural Bridge is one of three large examples of this type of natural arch that are located in Natural Bridges National Monument, in San Juan County, Utah. Access is via a short hiking trail from a parking lot along the loop drive in the Monument. Although it can be seen from this lot, the bridge is best appreciated by hiking the trail to points under and around it. This bridge is 106 feet high, 27 feet wide with a span of 180 feet and a thickness of only 9 feet. Owachoma translates as “round mound.”
