Another blade in progress by Frank Christensen. This one is a multi laminate blade typical of Japanese swords.
Mild steel on the left and right. Iron above for the spine and tamahagane bar for the core and cutting edge.
The smelting work is done. Now the forging and bladesmithing begins.
