Walk around the Nuraghe in the region of Sardinia
Awarded UNESCO World Heritage Status in 1997, the ‘Su Nuraxi di Barumini’ are a collection of specifically styled megalithic buildings, native to Sardinia. They were built along the Nuragic Age between 1900BC and 730 BC.
Tourists would thoroughly enjoy a tour around many of these intriguing ancient monuments and learn more about their history from a professional tour guide.
What’s most strange about the Su Nuraxi di Barumini is that many historical and archaeological experts are still undecided on what these nuraghes were used for. In the picture some example of Nuraghe.
